We sling a rotating selection of smoked meat sandwiches & sides. It all starts with high quality meat sourced locally by Weiss Provisions. We bring in pasture-raised pork, whole Amish Gerber chickens, and regional fresh beef that we cure, smoke and prepare by hand on the truck, making our own ham, pastrami, bacon, roast beef and more from scratch! We compliment our meats with an array of pickles and sauces made with fresh produce and herbs. We round it out with a weekly rotating selection of bright, flavorful veg-forward sides. We strive to give every customer a restaurant quality meal, made with love, in the streets of our city.
